You'll receive information on each spirit in your flight, and our team will be nearby to answer questions, offer insight, and guide your flavour journey if needed.

Each flight comes with mixers, ice and garnishes to complement your spirits. 

Ideal for a relaxed tasting session or a social catch-up, your Grazing Package includes favourites from our seasonal menu and will be portioned to your group size: Cheese & Charcuterie, Marinated Olives, and Toasted Sourdough. The table is yours for the full session, with the option to continue enjoying additional drinks or order from our à la carte menu once your flight wraps up.

You'll explore a range of botanicals and flavour profiles before mixing your picks into a base spirit of Gin, Vodka, or Rum. Once bottled, you'll name and label your bespoke 200mL creation, ready to take home! Whether you’re a curious newcomer or a seasoned spirit lover, this 60-minute experience is the perfect introduction to flavour balancing and botanical blending.

Begin your experience by crafting your own custom spirit in our immersive Blending Class, where you'll explore a range of botanicals and flavour profiles before blending your perfect drop using one of our base spirits gin, vodka, or rum. Once bottled, your bespoke 200ml creation is yours to take home. 

As your blending session wraps up, enjoy a relaxed transition into dining with marinated olives to graze on. You'll then move into a set menu, kicking off with Toasted Sourdough followed by your choice of one Small Plate and one Large Plate per person, served with a side of Leafy Salad.

Snack on Marinated Olives as you craft your boutique spirit, as blending wraps up, ease into the dining portion of your evening with Toasted Sourdough, you’ll then sit down to enjoy your choice of two Small Plates and one Large Plate to share, served with sides of Leafy Salad and Chips. Step behind the stills at Earp Distilling Co. for Spirit School! This is an immersive, hands-on experience where you take on the role of head distiller and craft your own bespoke bottle of either Gin or Rum.

Whether you're curious about botanicals or drawn to barrel-ageing, this session puts you in control. Run your own miniature still, explore flavour development through guided 'cuts', and leave with a deeper understanding of distillation. Plus, take home your creation in a 500ml ceramic bottle you name and label!

Gin School

Discover the art of gin-making using a curated library of botanicals sourced from around the globe. You'll balance flavour, aroma, and texture to create your own signature gin, with expert guidance at every step.

Rum Lab

Dive into the world of craft rum, from fermentation to blending and spicing. Create new-make spirit using your own still, then explore our flavour library to build a one-of-a-kind spiced rum blend. You'll contribute to our Solera system and take part in a live-aging process unique to Earp Distillery.

• A three-hour guided session, run in pairs at each still

One (1) ticket entitles two (2) guests to attend this class ($175 per person). Two guests will be sharing one still, each taking home a 500ml bottle. 

Private Classes & Group Bookings are available on request. Most dates can be accommodated for groups of 8+. Please email experiences@earpdistillingco.com with details. 

You’re welcome to purchase food or drinks during the session - our friendly bar team will be on hand to assist.

Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

A minimum of three tickets (6 attendees) must be sold for the class to go ahead. If this minimum isn’t met, we may need to reschedule the session and will contact you directly to discuss. We will do our best to finalise any scheduling changes at least 14 days prior to the date of the session.
