• At Earp Distilling Co., we strive to make your experience as seamless as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we are happy to accommodate changes up to 2 days before your scheduled booking. Please note that cancellations within 2 days of the booking date are non-refundable. No-shows will not be charged an additional fee, but full payment will be retained as compensation.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry, service, or request that guests leave if their behavior is deemed anti-social or in violation of the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Our team upholds these regulations at all times throughout the venue.

• All participants must be 18 years or older, and minors are not permitted to attend.

• Your booking confirmation will be sent via email and will include a QR code, which must be presented upon arrival for check-in.
