Earp Distilling Co.
The Earp family has been in Newcastle since 1883 and creating spirits since 2019. Our aim is to produce spirits synonymous with adventure, sustainability and quality. We create and serve both light and dark spirits, as well as liqueurs made from local produce.
Tasting & Tour
Walk, sip and learn! Our team will guide you through our spirits as you drink, revealing what makes them and our distillery unique. Each tasting includes 10ml of 5 spirits, paired with a Fever-Tree Mixer and garnishes. Then, join the same staff members as they show you around our facilities, explaining the Earp family history and components of our ultra-modern and sustainable distillery.
Blending Class
Create your own spirit! First you’ll pick your blending base - Gin or Vodka - then blend your spirit with 20 flavours made by our team in a combination unique to you. Name and hand label your custom spirits, before taking them home to show off to your friends. Each participant will receive 2 x 200ml bottles of the spirit they make.
All sessions will be accompanied by a Auslan interpreter
